Changing Database settings once CiviCRM is installed on WP

I need to make a change in my Civi settings inside of the wp-admin. But once I've selected my database, it seems I'm stuck with it. Turns out I don't want Civi to point to that DB, but a different one. Where can I make that change? Or would I completely have to delete the CiviCRM plugin and start anew?

If you are certain you want to change your CiviCRM DB, you can simply edit

wp-content/plugins/civicrm/civicrm.settings.php

and find the string that defines the CiviCRM DB and edit that.
