Modify/Delete Default Standard CiviCRM Form Fields? [SOLVED]

How can I modify or delete the standard CiviCRM form fields? The fields in question are fields such as: Employer, Job Title, Nickname, Source, Email, Website, Phone, IM.

Thanks for the quick reply. Sorry, the form in question is Contacts -> New Individual (http://localhost/civicrm/wp-admin/admin.php?page=CiviCRM&q=civicrm/contact/add&reset=1&ct=Individual).

Customize that form at Administer -> Customize Data & Screens -> Display Preferences
