Our customers want to make a report where it looks like the attachment below.

how do i do that ?

What have you tried so far and where are you stuck? Please share the research you have done about this, steps you have taken, code you have written, etc.

actually , the image is only sample ( that's hardcode )

i want to make a report look like in my image

is it possible in civicrm?

we have done similar through Views using Attachments etc to build up a set of tables as per the image.

I don't know enough about views to help you, and I know I shouldn't jump to conclusions, but...

My initial reaction to your post was "He can't even be bothered to to provide the correct information regarding the version of CiviCRM and the CMS and version he is using - I wonder if he has even tried to create the view for himself?"

The forums are intended for helping people who have made a genuine effort to find a solution for themselves.  Volunteers provide this service. Filling in your profile with nonsense shows a lack of respect for those volunteers. 

How things need to be done may change depending on the version of CiviCRM and the CMs and version you are using.  This is particularly true where views are being discussed.  Views is a Drupal module and so not available to those using either Joomla! or WordPress as their CMS.

Some explanation of what you have tried to do and where you are stuck is also a pre-requisite for asking for help.
