You need to be more specific about what you want to offer.

eg Rolling or fixed membership?

Do you mean that they can take a yearly membership or sign up for a monthly membership but perhaps stop after only 3 or 4 months of membership?

OR

Do you mean people always take out 12 months membership, but they can elect to 1/12 of dues every month instead of total amount as one payment?

It would be rolling membership

suppose membership is senior membership.
they should be presented with the radio button (either they select yearly pay or monthly pay).

If select monthly then should get senior membership for 1 month and  after 1 month can renew same membership  when it expires.

You can do that by one of two methods:

  • Creating a single membership type with duration 1 month then setting up two options in your price set: one for 1 term and the other for 12 terms (ie one year).
  • Create two membership types for the same organisation, one with one month duration and the other with 12 month duration, then use them in a price set with both memberships offered for only 1 term.

The first method means you can't offer auto-renew options, the second method means you have to create an extra membership type.

could you tell me how to limit auto renew option?

means i want that for x user every month membership should be auto renewed. But i want to limit this by 12 times auto renew. After 12 months i dont want auto renew.
