Hi,

We recently changed the way we handle memberships so that all sign ups (through the contribution page) must be on behalf of an organisation, and the memberships are then inherited to individuals by relationship.

It will be renewal time in April, and when test-driving the renewal I find that, because I am logged in, my Individual contact details are pre-filled in a profile the profile, but the related Organisation's details are not. The attached screenshot shows what I mean - the related organisation's info does not appear in the organisation profile.

The question that I have is - is this intended behaviour / a bug / am I being stupid?

late reply - sounds like it might be that you are not set as the 'current employer' as well as a 'permissioned relationship' (if i am right that those are the 2 factors that matter)

A permissioned relationship,  of course! That was what I was missing. One tick box later and it is fixed. Thanks so much for taking the time to reply
