Dashboard not loading after import: Clicking Configure brings up error
December 27, 2014, 11:57:24 am
I just imported a bunch of data to my new database from a previous Civi DB and having problems with it.

Mainly I can't get the dashboard to appear any more. If I click Configure Dashboard, I get an error:  Sorry but we are not able to provide this at the moment.
contact_id is not valid : 2. How do I fix this?

1. how did you import the DB?

2. What version of civicrm was the old DB on and whats the new version of CiviCRM in the existing DB

seems like there is a mismatch between your DB and session. You might want to try logging out and loging in again

1. PHPmyAdmin
2. Both are up to date at 4.5.5.

So this is odd. Now, all of a sudden, the dashboard works. I can see it and configure it. Never mind......

Was probably a cache issue...
