Hi there i just move from one server to other .I have followed the instructions located
http://wiki.civicrm.org/confluence/display/CRMDOC40/Moving+an+Existing+Installation+to+a+New+Server+or+Location
but  i get this
Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required 'CRM/Core/ClassLoader.php' (include_path='.:/var/www/sites/all/modules/civicrm:/var/www/sites/all/modules/civicrm/packages:.:/usr/share/php:/usr/share/pear') in /var/www/www-prod/sites/default/civicrm.settings.php on line 307

I went on this line but with no success

linux ubuntu 14.04

what is wird is that if i put on URL http://mysiteName/drupal/  i get the log in screen  but i cannot login

check your paths. seems like civicrm_root should start with /var/www/www-prod

(it is missing the www-prod)
