civicrm/profile/create page showing up blank

Using WordPress 3.9.3 and CiviCRM 4.4.5

I've created a profile meant for anonymous users to sign-up to be on our list/in our database. I embedded it on my WordPress page, and it shows up fine here:

http://ksabolition.org/join-kcadp

When I fill out the form (either logged in or anonymous), the information is not passed into the database and the page is redirected to http://ksabolition.org/join-kcadp?page=CiviCRM&q=civicrm/profile/create, which comes up as a blank page (CiviCRM information not being loaded.)

I tried the other way of using the profile in create mode, by just going here: http://ksabolition.org/civicrm-page?page=CiviCRM&q=civicrm/profile/create&gid=58&reset=1

And I also get a blank page.

As far as I can tell, it's not a permissions issue. Can anyone tell me if I'm missing something?

There's no chance you're actually on 4.4.6 or applied a patch for civicrm.php, is there?  What you're seeing looks very similar to:
https://issues.civicrm.org/jira/browse/CRM-14989

It looks like CiviCRM is not being invoked, and that was the problem in that issue.

Because there's a bit of history of problems with Wordpress on 4.4.4 and 4.4.6, you might try upgrading to 4.4.11 first.

If that were the issue, would it be solved by deactivating all of the plugins and re-trying (I figured based on the Issue Tracker description)? Because that didn't work...

Possibly.  That certainly was the original problem.  Your theme might also be impacting this.

I'm mainly suggesting the upgrade because there have been a number of changes in more recent versions that would affect your situation, and I'm at a loss as to what else might be causing it.  Also, I'd be telling you to upgrade a site in 4.4.5 anyway just for security reasons:
