Wordpress Plugin is Removing my Page Options?

Has anyone heard of an issue when enabling the CiviCRM plugin that all options when editing a page disappear? When I click to edit a page it only lets me adjust the title but no other buttons or boxes show up. The second I disable the plugin it all comes back. I am also unable to get the installer to run properly due to permissions but I'll be messing with that later. I am just curious as to this issue in particular as it worries me.

Are you using the standard WordPress theme? If not, then it could be a conflict between your theme and CiviCRM. Or it could be a conflict with another Word press plugin. 

Have you looked at http://wiki.civicrm.org/confluence/display/CRMDOC/WordPress+plugins+incompatible+with+CiviCRM ?
