CiviDiscount auto Member status discount isn't saved

When I define an auto discount based upon membership status of 'New' and 'Current', save and reedit, the membership statuses disappear.  I thought it was due to the complexity of the discount, so I just created at $50 discount and it still doesn't retrieve the membership statuses.

Is this happening to anyone else?

Yes..fwiw auto-discount seems not to work no matter what status is selected for membership
