Content Not Saving

I have a template I added to CiviCRM for CiviMail and when I use that template the email message does not save. If I go on to test my email the content goes away. Any ideas?  I am not even sure how to document this better or test what is happening.

I upgraded to CiviCRM 4.5.5 and I am having the same problem. 

CiviMail data in the composition screen is not saving. 

Any help is greatly appreciated.

The problem is CiviCRM integration with Drupal WYSIWYG module. I have field a bug. https://issues.civicrm.org/jira/browse/CRM-15818
