for us to debug and fix this issue either:

1. You reproduce the problem on demo and file an issue with the steps to see the error

2. We get ssh access to your machine. If your host does not give you ssh access, you might want to consider upgrading to a better host

If either of the above is not possible, it makes it really hard/impossible to make further progress. Sorry about that

I'm having the same issue for a user after upgrading from 2.2.2 to 2.2.9.  Any progress on solving this one?  This might be related to an error I am seeing:
