I am running 4.5.5 on Drupal 7.3.4, and I recently used, in a newly created event, a custom field I had set up for Participants a long time ago. I am now getting this error when I edit the online registration: "The selected profile is using a custom field which is not assigned to the "Event" being configured."

I am familiar with the issue this was meant to address, and I gather that this message was added after 4.5.4.

Question: Is this something for me to worry about? The field shows up just fine. Will the data be captured?

I have the same warning but can't see any problem with the config so perhaps its a bug where it is a "Participant" custom field being associated with an "Event" and it is a warning that the entity types mismatch .... I'll double check if i get a chance...
