Smarty Error After Installing Civicrm

I think many people got that issue but i havn't got solution any kind of suggestion will be appericiated.

This means your webserver cannot write in the /var/www/vhosts/domain.eu/httpdocs/files/civicrm/templates_c/en_US directory. Please make sure this directory is writable by the webserver user (i.e., is either owned by him and has the write permission for the owner, belongs to its group and have the write permission for the group or is world-writable).

Hello,

  Thanks for reply.

The directory permission for templates_c 777 and under it all directories permission are 777 (i.e en_US).

Do you suggest to ask anything from Hosting providing. Im using plesk server.

The only thing that comes to my mind is that one of the directories above might not have executable permissions (from the point of view of the webserver user), and hence the webserver cannot create the relevant en_US’s subdirectory.

Otherwise, checking with your hosting provider seems the most reasonable course of action.

Thanks alot, I set all direcotry permission 777 under en_US and finally Civicrm Working. before permission was set 755
