Wordpress install ... Getthing mysql table error when anonymous. [Resolved]

I'm using Wordpress 4.1, CiviCRM 4.5.5
Recently installed, recently upgraded.

Created an event.
http://<mysite>/2015/01/ru-registration/?page=CiviCRM&q=civicrm/event/info&id=2&reset=1

When logged in, a wordpress user may view the event page and register for an event.
When anonymous, I get this error on a white page:
Quote
Table 'host_wp_civicrm.wp_term_taxonomy' doesn't exist

Of course wp_term_taxonomy is in database 'host_wpdev', so I don't understand why it's looking there.

/public_html/wp-content/plugins/civicrm/civicrm.settings.php is properly configured.

I'd be grateful for any ideas as to how I can fix this.

EDIT: I also uninstalled and reinstalled CiviCRM. After a clean reinstall with nothing unusual and just one event, the same problem happens.

I'm stymied.

Have I found a bug? Has anyone else seen this issue?

Sounds odd. Can you try to recreate this on the public demo:

This is exactly what I attempted to do. I created a dry test site with no other plugins and attempted to recreate the problem. Since the problem could not be recreated, it's not likely a bug.

I ended up transferring all the pages/posts/etc., to a fresh wp install and reconfigured everything, and it worked fine. I'm chalking it up to corrupted data or files.

Now I've got it working properly on my live site.

Frustrating, and time-consuming to be sure...

Thanks for your reply!
