Mailing is stalled, or maybe not. I can't tell.

Yesterday I started two mailings manually, one to a Memphis list and one to a Nashville list.  The "Find Mailings" page report shows that both mailings are still running, but clicking "Report" shows that the Memphis mailing actually is complete.

The Nashville mailing, OTOH, shows that it has only delivered 69%, and that's been the case since last night.

Any suggestions for getting to the bottom of this?
