Is this possible? I can't figure out how to do this if it is.

Yes, the "add to group" button is on the right-hand side of most reports.

This option isn't available for the SYBUNT group. Any reason why this would be so, or any way to change it?

Looks like that problem has already been fixed for the upcoming 4.6 release.
