I am working with an organization on getting a member report for their Organizational Members. What they are looking for is a report which contains the following: Organization Name, Primary Contact (First & Last Name), address info, email, member status & payment info.

We have the primary contacts set up as a relationship to the organization and the member type relates a membership to the primary contact. I can get the member information by the organization but cannot include the primary contact info. I can get the primary contacts in a report but it does not include the Organization name or the payment info.

I am looking for any thoughts on how to proceed. I appreciate any ideas.

What "payment information" do you need?

I think you may have to write a custom report. If you don't have those skills then I think the closest you will get is by using an Advanced Search.

If you search for members with a new or current status and display results as contributions, then you will be able to export Organization Name, Primary Contact (First & Last Name), address info, email & payment info for current members.

If you also need information on lapsed or expired members you could run a second search targeting those membership statuses.
