CiviCRM contact primary email sync with Drupal user email

Hi All,

A simple question:
When a CiviCRM contact's primary email is changed, if it has a linked Drupal user account then it will sync with Drupal user email.
However, if this email address is an existed email address from Drupal side, currently CiviCRM does nothing about it. No warning message either. Just think this would be breaking the sync between CiviCRM contacts and Drupal users.

Any opinion?
