New Mailing Fatal Error [FIXED]

On the demo sandbox
http://dmaster.demo.civicrm.org/civicrm/a/#/mailing/new
create a new Mailing fails
Fatal error: Using $this when not in object context in /srv/buildkit/build/dmaster/sites/all/modules/civicrm/Civi/Angular/Page/Main.php on line 66
I've tried to create a new mailing several times with the same error.

There are no draft emails to look at so presumably the 'new mailing' hasn't worked for anyone.

this is because demo server is on older version of PHP. We will fix it soon.

Most of the testing has been done on PHP 5.4+, and the bug affects PHP 5.3. This patch should fix for PHP 5.3.
