Display of sold out priceset options

I am trying to see the improvement described at: https://issues.civicrm.org/jira/browse/CRM-14696  ( Improve display for sold out price set options)

But in the public demo for version 4.6 ( http://dmaster.demo.civicrm.org/ )  I do not see any change when attemping to register online for an event with sold-out options.  ( ie all options in the select list are offered, only after submitting the form then the system tells me the option I chose is sold out.)  What should I be looking for?

I think I figured out my issue. On the select-style priceset choice that has a "max participants" of 1, I left the "Participant Count" field empty.  This configuration produced the old (pre 4.6) behavior priceset behavior ( ie an option is offered to the visitor, but after submitting the form they are informed its sold out.)

If I set the "participant count" field to "1", then I get the new version 4.6 behavior: The label of the choice ends with "(Sold Out)"    However, the user is still allowed to select a sold out choice on this page. I thought in 4.6, the user would be prevented from choosing something sold out.

(Also, The help text on the field "Participant Count" is inaccurate)
