I am printing mailing labels (avery 5161). I am using the 'Find contacts' then selecting 'mailing lables' from the action drop down list. The PDF file prints fine with a Mac or a linux machine. But on windows the alignment is off. Even if I use the same pdf file it print fine on mac and linux but not on Windows and the users are using windows.

I know this looks more like a pdf problem than a civicrm problem but I would appreciate any comments from others that have had the problem.

silly question but you not using page scaling when printing are you?

Your question wasn't at all silly for me. Changing from the default Page Scaling setting of 'Fit to Printable Area' to 'None' seems to resolve the problem.
