New mailing - 4.6.alpha4 - only disabled message templates are listed [FIXED]

When creating a new CiviMail mailing in 4.6.alpha4, only disabled message templates are listed in the Template field. Enabled templates are not shown.

Thanks. I haven't replicated that exactly - but, relatedly, the current version made no attempt to differentiate enabled and disabled templates. Perhaps the disabled templates were so numerous that they drowned out the enabled ones?
