Hi,

Welcome to the forums :)

Could you provide more information on the email you are receiving? Who is the sender/from? Can you copy-paste key sentences?

Thanks,
Mathieu

Hi,

We are receiving these emails for 2 of our extensions but the 1.0.0 versions are no longer available.

Here is one of the emails we keep receiving:

This is a message from the automated release system on civicrm.org.
Congratulations on releasing version 1.0.0 of extension 'Campaign Monitor'.

Unfortunately we have found a few errors while processing your release:
- The version numbers in the info.xml ("1.0") and in the git tag ("1.0.0")
do not match.

You will need to correct these errors before we can accept this release.

Further help is available in the wiki at
http://wiki.civicrm.org/confluence/display/CRMDOC/Publish+an+Extension.

You can also request help in the Extensions community forum at
http://forum.civicrm.org/index.php/board,57.0.html.

Thank you so much for being an active contributor to CiviCRM and our
community.

Thank you,
Josh

Oh ok, hmm, yeah.. I get those too for some of the old releases of my extensions. I was hesitating whether to delete the tag from my extension's repository, or to propose a patch to that script.

In the short term, removing the tag from the repo is probably the easiest solution:
