[solved] Civimail Redirect Issue with Secure Site

Everything has been running wonderfully for 2 years with Civimail and redirect

Decided to switch all traffic to https

Changed my base URL  and resource URL to reflect HTTPS://

When I do a test mailing - the redirect are written with Https://  when I send the mailing the redirects are written with HTTP://  and fails when clicked (the https:// version works fine)

Thoughts Suggestions

Joomla 2.x (last stable) and civi 4.4.6

What do you mean they "fail?" What happens? Why does your site not redirect to https?

it redirects to the homepage as opposed to the actual page --

is there anyway to make the redirect link use https ?

All Good -
It was the way the SSL was installed that was the issue - I went backed and looked at the examples with electricembers.net were I host a couple of sites -- and we figured it out..
