Report/Export issues

Hi, I'm trying to run a report with all the details from the application form. I have managed to drill down on this information when I edit a participant. However it would need to be 1 student at a time. I want to run an excel report with all the participants with all information entered through the application for.

Any help would greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the forums adzy05!

You mention participants and an application form - is this a registration form for a Civi Event?  If it is, try going to Events > Event Reports > Event Participants List then expand the Report Criteria section and see if that provides the information you want.  From there, you can use Export to CSV to get it into Excel.

Yes that's correct this is for an event.
So, I've tried your suggestion, however, the report criteria does not have all the fields that participants filled out on the application form.
I have managed to find these details, however that is in the "view contact" screen, i.e. when I click on the individual participant and I can edit their details and add contributions etc.
The problem is from this screen:
a. There's no export function
b. You need to do go into every participant individually to retrieve the information. I would like to just run 1 report with all the details.

Is there any way I can have a report which has every  participant registered in the event with all the fields filled in the application?

Please provide the correct information for at least the version of CiviCRM and the CMS and version you are using. 

The forums are run by volunteers.  Filling in your profile with nonsense shows a lack of respect for those volunteers. 

The information is important as how things need to be done may change depending on the version of CiviCRM and the CMS and version you are using.

adzy05 - Which fields are you looking for?  If you are more specific about what you have tried and the parts that are/are not working for you then there is more chance of someone being able to help you.
