When I read the description on https://issues.civicrm.org/jira/browse/CRM-13282 it suggests that auto-filling of billing address fields from available addresses should happen for back office credit card membership renewals as well as for new memberships and contributions.

I am not seeing that behaviour on our 4.4.11 site and when I look at the PR for that issue I can see changes to CRM/Contribute/Form/Contribution.php and to CRM/Member/Form/Membership.php, but none to CRM/Member/Form/MembershipRenewal.php.  So it seems like that file might have been overlooked.

I can't seem to test back office renewal by CC on the demo sites, but if I look at the code in the master branch on github then in CRM/Member/Form/MembershipRenewal.php in lines 230-260 I can still see all the code that was deleted from CRM/Member/Form/Membership.php in the original PR, so it looks nothing has changed since 4.4.11.

Am I reading this correctly and if so should I create a new issue to get CRM/Member/Form/MembershipRenewal.php updated or should I re-open the old one?

( I might even be able to do the PR for this myself.)
