Hello,

I am using a civicrm event for an upcoming conference and want participants to be able to sign up by themselves.
I am displaying the register page via the Joomla menu. This part works perfectly, however I have a couple of serious issues which prevent me from using the civicrm form for the event registration:
- on error (e.g. missing name / email), the user is not returned to the form with an error message but is forwarded to the home page.
- on successful submission, the user is NOT presented with a confirmation page, does NOT receive a confirmation message, and is forwarded to the home page.
- however, successful submissions are saved in civicrm.

I'm using the basic Paypal payment processor, so I'm not sure if the latter issue is due to wrong back-transfer from paypal.

Any help is very appreciated!!
