SOLVED: Contact Home Addresses not saving

Contact home addresses are not saving.  The only thing that saves are State and Country.  Its a fairly new install, so no contacts have addresses.  I've tried editing an existing contact, and also tried creating a new contact.  Both result in a non updated address. 

Looking for help on finding and resolving the issue.

Found it... I had USPS standardization enabled.  Apparently it wasn't working and causing the issue. Disabling it and removing the information for it fixed my issue.
