Search Customer with Activity > 1
February 16, 2015, 09:13:50 am
Hello,

Is it possible to search for contacts in the CRM that has more than 1 activity?
(So i can search people who has ordered more than ones.)

Thanks.

You can do that in Advanced Search? Open the Activities tab and select for example 'Assigned To' ? The result should show you any contact that has at least one activity assigned to it?

Hello Erik,

Thanks, but i don't have a Activities Tab.. And i want to search for contacts who has more than 1.

So if a contact had made just 1 order, it is not important to contact him/her.

So it is important to search people who did made more than 1 activity.

I hope someone can help me with this.

Thanks.

Can you tell me what you need functionally? And you should really have an Activities Tab in advanced search (see screen print from demo site)

Hello Erik,

Thanks for your reply.
I have checked other sites from me, and there is indeed a activity tab.

But that still does not help me. I do not search for an activity but for contacts who have more than 1 or more than 2 activities.

For example, if you go to a contact, you will see the tab Activities, and there is a number behind.
There is no way to search for that number?

Thanks.

but it is quite easy to get the number, and most organizations we work with would get stuff like that using Drupal Views to display it on their website? What CMS are you using?
