I have a question in a webform like 'are you up for having a chat with us?' - if you answer 'yes' then a conditional rule is set to 'show' a fieldset called 'your details' which includes email and phone number (prepopulated since you are signed in or coming from a checksum). If you leave these, or edit them, those values are left alone/changed in Civi as you'd expect. But if you answer that original question with a 'no' and the fields don't get shown, then these values are wiped from Civi. This seems very wrong. had anyone else experienced this? Am I maybe setting up the conditional wrong somehow? Help!?
