Thank You For A Gross Contribution, Record A Net

Hello,

How does one thank a contributor via Civi for their gross contribution of $100 yet record the actual net contribution of $95 (gross less a 5% processing fee)?

All contributions in CiviCRM already have three currency amounts fields for this purpose.  The receipt to the donor shows the 'total'.  Depending on your payment processor (Authorize, paypal, etc) the other fields (fee and net) may or may not be filled in already on the "backend".  See attached image.
