error 500 after upgrade 4.6.alpha7 [ANSWERED]

I try to upgrade to 4.6.alpha7 from 4.6.alpha6 in my Wordpress 4.1 but it doesn't work and after unzip the civicrm file Wordpress give me the error 500. I follow the instruction on
http://wiki.civicrm.org/confluence/display/CRMDOC/Upgrade+WordPress+Sites+to+4.6

Could you help me?

Can you check your server logs for a full error message?

Every server is configured differently. You should ask your host or your sys admin.
