Open tracking not working
February 26, 2015, 05:04:33 am
Hello guys,

I was sending some mailings as a test and found out that the open event was not being registered (as you can see on the attached screenshot)

Does any one have any clue why?
Could it be a configuration issue? Replies and link clicks were recorded...

Also, where in Civi are the replies stored, or does it just keep record of the event and not the message itself?

Cheers!!

Why don't you take a look at this? (You will not regret it!)

CiviCRM embeds an 1px image in your mailing and when it is viewed we call back to register open event. So if your email client has setting to "disallow image loading" then open event won't be registered.

I think it's stored in "civicrm_mailing_event_reply"
