Volunteer signup when all roles are filled gives an error
February 26, 2015, 09:32:40 am
We are setting up events with a limited set of volunteer slots.  We setup say 3 time slots for one volunteer role.  The problem is users can still register when the slots are all full.  The form shows up with all the usual information like First Name, Last Name, and phone number but the Role field is not displayed on the form.  The Time Slot field still shows up but it is blank. You can still press submit and if you do you get the following error:

Mandatory key missing from params array: volunteer_need_id

Is there  a way to prevent users from signing up after the slots for all roles are full?  Even if the submit button was greyed out that would be enough I suppose so they dont get the error above.

Just an FYI we upgraded to the latest version of civivolunteer 1.3.3 and are running Civi 4.5.6 on Wordpress.
