Hi Marco,

The answer is, "It depends".  Could you say more about what you need?

Some other important questions are:
* Will a human also be checking these e-mails (besides through CiviCRM)?
* By default, the e-mails will be attached as activities to the contact of the sender.  If the sender doesn't exist in CiviCRM, CiviCRM will create a contact that matches the sender.

I want to manage all email of my organization in civicrm.
The users in the info group can see the info@mmmm.it email.
The users in the info1 group can see the info1@mmmm.it email.
and so on.

Hi Marco,

I don't think CiviCRM does exactly what you're trying to do.  Could you say a little bit more about why you want to use CiviCRM for what you're doing, and not, say, RoundCube (roundcube.net)?

If you REALLY want to use CiviCRM, you can probably do it, but you'll need to enable email-to-activity processing, and ACL permissions.  Those are both relatively advanced CiviCRM topics.

I believe the answer is no. CiviCRM is not a mail reader program. As JonGold said, you should use a mail client for that.

You can use incoming email for

Autofiling email activities via EmailProcessor

meaning you can send an email to CiviCRM and CiviCRM will create an Activity in the database based on the details of that email. But it's meant that CiviCRM will "read" the email and create the Activity and that's it--the email isn't meant for other people to read.
