client just got caught out adding lots of people to an event and not realising that an Event Confirmation would go out unless they spotted that the checkbox was on that form and could be turned off

so their request is for us to just override it

i imagine eileen is already throwing up her hands in horror

if we can summon the resources to get a fix for this that provides a setting in the civievent settings UI will it be accepted - or am i missing something obvious.
