Update:  Found details about this in another forum discussion.

Hi all,
I've installed and configured Clickatell for a customer and the texts are being received, but they are empty of content.  Using CiviCRM version 4.5.2.

Clickatell is saying that:  The issue is that you have not specified to add the text parameter to your code. You will need to specify the following additional parameters in your code: &text=Add+Your+Message+Content+Here

We were under the impression that this code was part of the extension.  Can anyone shed some light on this issue?

Hi i have also same issue.
 
Hi,
   I am using civicrm version 4.4.6 in drupal 7. I am using Clickatell civicrm extension for sending sms. I configured in CiviCRM » Administer CiviCRM » SMS Provider section showing in attached screenshot. But when i am sending sms to a user in civicrm profile,,, it is showing error "Err : 144 Can't route message" . Tell me where it is wrong in my setting ??
