Minumum Purchase restriction?

I set up and and am using a priceset that allows you to purchase an optional quantity of tickets.  Lets say...

_____   Adult Tickets


_____  Child Tickets

The problem I'm having is that it's possible for someone to continue through this screen without purchasing any ticket.

Any idea on how to force a minimum $ purchase on this type of priceset before it continues on and sends out the confirmation email?
