  • CMS version: Drupal Core 7.34
  • MySQL version: 5.7
  • PHP version: 5.6.6
File size should be less than....

I am trying to send an attachment with my mass e-mail.  Attachment is 2.4mb and my limit is actually 10mb, but I still get the error message.  Wondering if this is a PHP setting that I need to re-visit or what?
