Doing 4.6 translations?

Now that 4.6 has gone beta, is it time to start doing translations for 4.6?

Usually the policy is to wait until it's branched, but some testing should be done before in order to review the new strings.

New in 4.6, Tim wrote a new string extractor:

I have started pushing the new strings to Transifex. Since we are using a new tool for 4.6, I am being extra-cautious and reviewing one resource at the time.

I found an error with "drupal-civicrm", which included ~ 500 strings extra from CRM/Core/Permissions, which did not seem to be there before. So I am in the process of debugging that.

So far, the following has been pushed:

* mailing
* countries
* pcp
* grant
* menu
* provinces
* install
* financial
* case
* batch
