I'm looking for workaround for this situation:

I have 20 groups, each with a "group leader" who has extra permissions (ie, registering contacts into their group).

When it comes to events, I'd like the group leader to be able to create events, but have it only available to his/her group.

These group leaders would not have access to ACL.

I see the ability to control view/edit permissions for a specific event via ACL, but not a general rule for event creation.

Any tips?
