Problem with Configure Online Event Registration Tab after upgrade to 4.5.7

I upgraded a Joomla 3.4 CiviCRM 4.4.10 installation to 4.5.7. As far as I can tell everything is working great, EXCEPT when I try to enter the Online Registration tab when configuring an Event, I get a white screen in the work area with a help balloon that says "Multiple subtype filtering is not currently supported by widget." All the other tabs work for events, and the tabs all work for the Contact record too.

Any ideas? I really don't want to back this down tonight and this client does a LOT of event, so I need to get it resolved. Thanks in advance.

Perhaps there is a profile with invalid data and it's choking the new profile widget? Try deleting profiles (on a copy of the db of course) one at a time until the problem resolves.

Do you think disabling the profile will have the same effect as deleting it, so I can do it on the live server?

Disabling the profiles didn't do it.

That says it was fixed in 4.5.4. I loaded 4.5.7. Regression?
