Recurring Contribution + Authorize.net Error: fee + net not equal - SOLVED

I see this is supposed to have been fixed in 4.5 but I am still seeing this error when trying to manually send a receipt. I assume this error is causing CiviCRM to not automatically send a receipt but am not certain. I'm happy to edit where necessary if anyone has an idea.

I looked again at the Github referenced in the JIRA issue https://github.com/civicrm/civicrm-core/pull/3586 and found the code to edit. Only CRM/Contribute/Form/Contribution.php needed to be edited.
