I started the 4.6 translation. The original string in common-base 4868 is: Deny ACl?

All next stings is around ACL-s.

It seems to me it is a typo.

Common component: 175: You will need to create a Profile containing the %1 fields you want to edit before you can use Batch Update via Profile. Navigate to Administer CiviCRM >> CiviCRM Profile to configure a Profile. Consult the online Administrator documentation for more information.

Missing "Customize Data and Screens" menu item from text.

Hi,

Thanks for reporting these strings.

I should also warn: I found an issue with some civimail strings that were packaged in common-base.pot. If you see any of these, might be best to wait before translating them.

Civimail strings issue show now be fixed. I pushed a new "common-base" and "mailing" resources, but haven't yet pushed the new fixed strings for CRM-16111.

Yep, I agree, that seems like an error / would be more consistent language.

I have not fixed that one yet in code, but I pushed the new strings to Transifex. Thanks again for your review/feedback!

Not a translation problem.

The "Date Preferences" menu item brings me to that page.
This is not reachable from Administer CiviCRM page. 
The "Date Preferences" link not added under   Customize Data and Screens. I checked in demo site http://dmaster.demo.civicrm.org/.

Missing menu items:

drupal-civicrm: 84: read about <a href="!1">CiviCRM access permissions</a> and set access permissions at <a href="!2">Administer CiviCRM &raquo; Access Control</a>

The menu references is wrong, or it is in older version of CiviCRM, and need to keep them.

Same problems in 89-94 strings.
same in contribute: 1032: "CiviCRM Profile"
