Case Types no longer have Default option, and the 'enabled' checkbox is faulty
March 16, 2015, 05:00:47 pm
hi - if i go to

civicrm/a/#/caseType/1

I do not see an option to set as Default any more

and the Enabled box always shows as unchecked, and if i save as unchecked the Case remains Enabled.

I know I can do this from the 'more' option but having an usable checkbox is confusing

To clarify - is this after upgrading to 4.6? And it was working (on the same install) in 4.5?

I've fixed the faulty checkbox, and confirmed that it was broken in 4.6 but not 4.5.
https://issues.civicrm.org/jira/browse/CRM-16186

It looks like a "default" case type is no longer in the schema. I think this was by design. Tim might know more about why that decision was made.
