Passwords expire prematurely

A few of my users have noted that they are notified by civiCRM that their password has expired, so they click on a "request new password" link to reset it, but then a short time later they are notified their password has expired.

Thanks for any direction.

Hey,

CiviCRM doesn't handle the password side of things, it's the CMS job (drupal in your case). check out there if there is an option or module that automatically expire them

ah, That makes sense.  As I look over at drupal.org I found a discussion on expired passwords being stuck.   It looks like it was patched back in 2013.
