Hi, which is the best way to add the place of birth in demografics tab ?

You cannot easily do this.  The demographics tab doesn't contain custom fields.

What you can do is:

1. create a location type of "birthplace" and add it as an address, even if it is just a city and/or country

2. create a custom field

Neither one will put this in the 'demographics' tab though
