Unable to access admin after upgrade to 4.5.8

We are getting a Fatal error: Class 'CRM_Mailing_DAO_Mailing' not found in ...wp-content/plugins/civicrm/civicrm/CRM/Utils/VersionCheck.php on line 241 after our upgrade we completed last week. Everything seemed to be working fine then, but I was just informed nobody can get into admin period.

I waited well over 12 hours before posting the same question. It was just rather important and looking at this particular board it looked like it had been dead for a while.
