Special Offer - Book 2 or more events

Has anyone setup event booking with a Special Offer - Book 2 or more events price?
If the events were one different days you need to create two or more events.
Obviously you need to control the numbers registering for both events so you can't just set up a price set with two rates as you might double-book one event.
